Arvind Venkatadri has a Master’s Degree in Electronics and Communications from IIT-Roorkee, Roorkee, India.

He started his career in 1987 as a Scientist at ISRO Satellite Centre, Bangalore, where he worked on Spread Spectrum Modem Design for satellite ranging. He then joined the Centre for Development of Telematics (CDOT) at Bangalore where he managed a group designing Line-Of-Sight Microwave Radios. He then went on to manage the New Technologies group at CDOT and managed a team designing WCDMA systems.

Arvind joined Wipro Technologies, Bangalore in 1998 where he worked on Networking and Wireless Hardware Projects and Design Consulting for international clients. He worked then at Texas Instruments, India where he managed the Systems Group, working on Algorithm design for WLAN, GPS, FM, and Advanced Radio.

After more than 20 years in technology, Arvind joined the organized philanthropy sector and worked for Akshara Foundation, Bangalore in 2007, where he managed the School Libraries Project, which was funded ( among others ) by the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation (MSDF). He worked at ChipperSage Education, an education domain startup incubated at the NSRCEL, Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

He joined Srishti Institute of Art, Design, and Technology in 2014, where he is a part of the Foundation Studies Programme.

He is currently also employed as Adjunct Professor, School of Commerce and Management Studies, Dayanand Sagar University, Bangalore.
